Permanent ban for unsportmanship conduct?

Hi,

I got banned for 1 week for unsporsmanship conduct. Basically being afk/driving around when I want to ff but my team won't ff.
I know this is wrong, but I can't find the mental power to keep playing some matches at certain point, and I just wait to start a new match.
Anyway, I got banned for 1 week like.. 3 times I think already.
I know that verbal abusers can get permanent bans since being racist or wish someone to die is... really serious and a permanent ban would be applies there.
Can I get permanent ban for unsportsmanship conduct as well?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
