Greatest Video Game Evil Character Of All Time?

Hii..

Just like the title says I wanna know what you people think is the greatest evil character of all time. Or more so who would you consider for the title? Give me as many as you want as well for I am taking all names into consideration for a project of mine! Note that I am looking for Evil Characters and not just main villains! Also make sure you give the game the villain comes from in case it's one I might not know!

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
